Saab Group is planning to install missile defense system in passenger aircraft Dornier 328JET. The aircraft are operated by the Mexican operator and humanitarian air taxi FlyMex. System called CAMPS (Civil Aircraft Missile Protection System) already installed in aircraft Naturelink South African airline, serving the international humanitarian aid operations, including in Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan and Somalia. The principle is the same here as in the case of the military and is "cheating" missile with naprowadzaniem heat (the hottest point of the attacker, which are aircraft engines). Threatened protects the machine is firing even hotter objects - a special race, to confuse an incoming missile sensors.
